The sample above is the old LTO Manual Registration, typewriter pa ang OR at CR.

Ito ang lumang registration bago mag computerization ang LTO, marami pang gumagamit nito sa ngayon lalong na sa mga LTO offices na wala pang internet at di pa online... so they use Manual. Wala pa po ito sa Stradcom Database kaya pag text, No record ito. Dahil ang record nasa LTO Branch lang kung saan ito na manually registered.

So to verify the manual OR at CR ay pamamagitan ng Confirmation Form. The present LTO Branch will send confirmation to the old LTO the origin of your OR & CR.

If confirmed that authentic then your transaction will be process like Renew and others.

Then ang Manual Reg para maging Computerize na rin ay kailangan lang itong ma upload, take-on or encode sa database ng LTO Stradcom para mapasok sa system at maging Computerize or Online na ang registration nyo. (Sample below)
