need help sir/ma'ams

i'm planning to sell my car, nka open deed of sale sya with the first owner's signature only(other info are blank). i have the original OR/CR all under the name ofthe first owner.
my problem po is:
1. paano sale proccess nito (open deed)
2. wala po akong photocopy ng first owner's i.d. ( needed po ba un)
pinuntahan ko ung address ni first owner, but to no avail.
ano po ba ang dapat gawin kung wala akong hawak na photocopy ng i.d. ng first owner?

It's Okey kung walang ID yong first owner basta kami lang ang magtransfer ownership nito... importante lang no record or alarm, hindi encumbered, original ang OR at CR then ang drivers license mo at nang buyers as a valid ID... kami na bahala niyan... for details call or text us.
